Yam’Tcha : le nouveau hot spot de Rivoli
Behind the lies Yam’Tcha Grattard Adeline, a former student of Pascal Barbot at Astrance. To open its first restaurant in the French capital, she chose the district of Les Halles and Rue de Rivoli. An adventure that she lives with her husband Chiwah, also a partner in the kitchen. Moreover, the cuisine of both spicy and sweet, served in ceramic prettier one than the other, quickly pushed the Yam’Tcha on the front of the Parisian restaurant scene. The reason for success? A “very personal cuisine borrows sweetness and jets acidity, spicy and bitter.” The Yam’Tcha moreover received his first star there shortly. This success does not seem ready to be contradicted.
