Ze Kitchen Galerie: William Ledeuil at work
For a change of scenery (and area), don’t be afraid to cross over the Seine! On the other side of the Pont Neuf is one of the most lively gastronomic restaurants in Paris. At Ze Kitchen Galerie of Wiliam Ledeuil, we taste sweet and sour dishes, oriented towards the flavors of South-East Asia (Thailand, Vietnam and Japan). On the menu, the Comfit and grilled Iberique pork with coriander and papaya is a lovely surprise, and the White chocolate and wasabi ice cream, litchi and Jasmine emulsion for dessert is a real firework.
Open every day from 12 to 2.30 pm and from 7 to 11 pm (except Saturday for lunch and Sundays).
