Kaspia: the “culture of caviar”
Founded in 1927 in Paris in a Haussmann building, Caviar Kaspia contributed to the rise of the “culture of caviar” in France and abroad by imposing it on prestigious tables and making it essential to all great receptions. Today, Kaspia is one of the most famous places of the capital, renowned for its exceptional varieties of caviar and local flavors between earth and sea. On the first floor, above the shop, the restaurant Caviar Kaspia offers a sophisticated journey in the heart of an original wood panelling in shades of honey and gold, enhanced with ancient paintings, porcelains and artifacts. The heavy drapes and soft carpets contribute to the quiet and warm atmosphere of this restaurant, worthy of the best Russian aristocratic salons in the beginning of the 20th century. A unique experience with a beautiful view of the Madeleine and authentic flavors.
Open from Monday to Saturday, from 12 AM to 12.45 PM.
