Timeless stopover at the Mini Palais
Very few restaurants in Paris can boast about being enchanting and timeless. At the Mini Palais, we enter the temple of good taste, but especially in a majestic setting. This gourmet restaurant, designed by architect duet Gilles & Boissier, is in an “artist studio” style. But the best part remains the terrace, lined with imperial columns along its length, and some palm trees. Simply exceptional! At night, with the candle lights, it creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere.

The cuisine…
Eric Fréchon prepares simple but gourmet dishes: Pil-Pil squids; yellow wine cheese crusted sweetbread; whiting which melts in the mouth and baby spinach salad; roasted figs and gingerbread ice cream, which will take you back to your childhood straightaway. The wine steward is our very favorite. He will guide you throughout the meal, offering a perfect wine-dish harmony. Reserving a table at the Mini Palais means that you will live for sure, a unique experience.
Open every day from 10 am to 2 am.

Book a table at Les Fines Gueules
Located in a historic 17th century listed building designed by the architect Jules Hardouin Mansart just off the Place des Victoires, the restaurant Les Fines Gueules is celebrated as a landmark of the 1er arrondissement. Capturing the historic and contemporary in a unique atmosphere, this building built of exposed stone, brick, metal and wood is home to a market-based cuisine with a core focus on seasonal flavours. The reason? Les Fines Gueules uses only reputed producers like Joel Thiebault, the market gardener supplying to many of the city’s top chefs, or Hugo Desnoyers, the meat supplier to the Elysee Palace. Some of the house specialties are Sea Bream with Peach Sauce, Tartare de Limousine au Couteau (hand-cut steak tartar) and Pear Clafoutis, not to mention the many organic wines (the restaurant boasts a significant selection of 500 French and foreign wines). A great place to go with friends.
Open 7 days a week.

Senderens: gastronomic get-away
In 1985, Alain Senderens, great French Chef, took over Lucas Carton restaurant and put his famous “duck Apicius” on the menu. In 2005, he turned it into a less expensive restaurant but still of quality, and simply named it Sanderens. Today, this restaurant remains an major reference of French gastronomy, where Majorelle paneling contrast perfectly with the new modern design by Noé Duchaufour Lawrance (lit tables and mirrors). Senderens has a bar, Le Passage, and 3 private salons where plays of shades and lights redefine the setting. The Chef’s cuisine is an invitation to escape and awaken the senses thanks to the exotic notes perfectly mixed with the best of gastronomy. Because of his still intact passion for the combination of dishes and wine, Alain Senderens strives to associate each dish with the wine that fits best, like the crusty langoustines, coriander and lovage with a glass of Anjou “Les Bonnes Blanches” 2008 – A. et R. Mosse.
The restaurant Senderens is open from noon to 2.45 pm and from 7.30 to 11.15 pm.

Toro : to taste tapas
Aie Caramba ! The Spanish fervor in Paris ? We find it on the Rambla Etienne Marcel!Toro is a bar, a restaurant and a club with Spanish accents. We come here for the decoration of the young architect Richard Marioton-Jones, for the atmosphere and for the cuisine of Reinaldo and Ernesto, the two brothers who created the place. We can taste tapas looking like Mille Feuilles ( with mild cheese, crab and zucchini ) or delicious croquetas, before ending with a caramelized banana rum Tarte Tatin. Caliente ! The wine list is exclusively from Latin America and Spain. A place like no other.
A little extra : the mini-club recently opened in the basement of the restaurant, where arty performances are programmed. Dance, magic, striptease : There’s something for everyone!
